However, due to the nature of the products on this site as “products that come in direct contact with the skin without undergarments,” we do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or mistaken orders. Please consult our size chart and double-check your measurements before placing your order.

If the product is damaged or stained upon arrival due to shipping damage, or if the wrong size, color, or product has been sent, we will promptly and efficiently exchange or refund the item at no cost, ensuring your peace of mind.

Please get in touch with us at info@julywetsuits.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise to initiate the return or exchange process. We will guide you through the necessary steps.

Please note that we will not be able to accept an exchange or refund if any of the following conditions apply upon our inspection of the product:

• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
• Merchandise with any odors, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
